You must furnish all the personal data you are asked to furnish (except the fax number). Enter them to continue with the process. Your data will only be used for the purpose of formalising the booking and will be protected against access for any purpose other than this one. Before paying for the booking, check that the data are correct and agree to the booking conditions that are given, which depend on the hotel. However, in general:
With the exception of companies and agencies that are registered in our website, payment of the booking is made by credit/debit card through the 4B bank settlements system which makes the transaction safe. We accept Mastercard, Visa, 4B, 4B Mastercard, 4B Maestro and American Express. You will be asked to enter your card number, its expiry date and the last three digits of the number printed on the back of the card. For American Express cards, you should enter the last four digits and for Maestro cards (in which this number is not on the back) enter the last three digits of your card number. For one-night bookings, 100% of the total price is charged immediately in advance. For bookings of more than one night, 50% of the full amount is charged in advance and the rest is payable on leaving the hotel.
You will be informed as to whether or not you have successfully completed the payment procedure during the last step of the booking process and the booking will then be confirmed by e-mail. You will normally receive this confirmation within a few minutes. If this is not the case, please contact the booking department of the hotel in question. In all cases, bear in mind that if your e-mail server has an anti-spam system in place, that confirmation could erroneously be sent to the SPAM tray (unwanted mail) instead of the incoming mail tray.
If need be, you can change your booking by using the code that is shown on the confirmation sent to you by e-mail. Bear in mind that to change any data that affect the whole booking, you must send an e-mail to the booking department of the hotel in question. This is because the amount charged to your card might be greater than the new total, in which case you will receive the opportune reimbursement. You can also cancel the booking and make a new one but please remember to check on availability first.
If necessary you may cancel your booking using the code on the confirmation that has been sent to you by e-mail. If making the cancellation entitles you to a reimbursement, based on the cancellation policy described above, the booking department in the hotel will make the reimbursement immediately.
If you are registered as a travel agent or company in our website, you are entitled to special rates as long as you identify yourself by giving your login and password. Furthermore, agencies and companies registered in our website can book at all our hotels without having to make payment through the bank settlements system: All bookings made by agencies and companies are payable at the hotel reception desk.
