  • How to get to the hotel and other matters regarding transport and location.

    Information about distances, addresses and public transport to and from the hotel is in the Location section of each hotel: information about the surroundings, routes to use by using Google Maps, public transport fares, post code and GPS coordinates.

    All our hotels are in the city and they are placed close to the city centre. In this same section you can consult areas of touristic and business interest.

  • Is on-line booking safe?

    Of course it is. All the payment by credit/debit card process is carried out through 4B tele-payment system which makes the transaction safe. Mastercard, Visa, 4B, 4B Mastercard, 4B Maestro and American Express cards are taken

    Hoteles Monte respects your privacy and no personal details are disclosed. In the Legal Notice section shown at the bottom of every page, the company register, required data to meet LSSI, LOPD and privacy and confidentiality commitment are shown.

  • How can I be registered as a hotelesmonte.com web user?

    It is very easy. In the section Register, you should fill in the form with the required data and then press [Register]. An e-mail will be automatically sent to you informing about your password with a link for profile confirmation (this last operation is done in case you are not the one placing the request). You can also be registered if you are a Travel Agency or Company by filling in the corresponding form. In both case, register is previously approved by Hoteles Monte personnel manually.

  • How can I contact one of your hotels directly?

    All contact details for each hotel as well as contact details for the chain headquarters are in the Contact section. A query can also be sent through the existing form in the Customer Service section.

  • Questions about availability and rates

    You can have information about availability and rates for your stay by having access to On line booking in our web. Once the hotel, type of room and check-in/out dates have been selected, you will be informed about the hotel availability and the best rate for your room.

  • Questions about the policy on booking cancellation

  • I have made a booking through the web and I have received no answer.

    If no answer e-mail has been received, please contact by phone the Booking Department of the hotel such booking was made.

  • Are animals allowed?

    Animals are not allowed at Hoteles Monte, except for guide dogs.

  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?

    Breakfast is not included in the hotel rate except for promotions. You can choose this option when making your on line booking. Breakfast rates are different for each hotel.

  • What kind of services and facilities is the hotel provided with?

    All of them are shown in the Facilities and Services section for each hotel. If you have any questions during your stay, please ask Reception and we will be pleased to help you..

  • Is the hotel provided with Internet connection?

    Our hotels are provided with Wi-Fi system in each room. This is a free system for connection and use/consumption. Just ask Reception for a password. Do keep it as this password can be used in every hotel of our chain. You can also be cable-connected to the Internet in the rooms.

  • Are cradles available in the hotel?

    Our hotels have free cradles. Ask for it when making your booking.

  • Is an additional bed allowed in the room?

    Most rooms can have an additional bed. Ask for it when making your booking and you will be informed about its rate.

  • Could we have a double bed?

    There are some fixed double-bed rooms. Ask for it when making your booking. Always under the hotel availability.

  • Is there a garage in the hotel?

    All of our hotels are provided with a private garage. Rates vary according to the hotel. To have information about garage rates, please go to the Rates section of each hotel.

  • How far is the beach?

    Monte Puertatierra Hotel is 100 metres to Santa María del Mar beach (Playa de Santa María del Mar) in Cádiz.

    Monte Málaga Hotel is 500 metres to Misericordia beach (Playa de la Misericordia).

    Monte Conquero Hotel is 10 km. to Huelva Coast beaches.

  • Is the hotel provided with a swimming-pool?

    Only Monte Málaga Hotel is provided with a covered and heated swimming-pool with Jacuzzi for being used only by the hotel guests. There is also an area to relax with Fitness equipments (exercise bikes, treadmill and stepper), contrast showers, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna and thermal deck chairs. Such facilities are free and can only be used by the hotel guests. You can also ask for therapeutic and relaxing massages at the hotel.
