General conditions and Cancellation policy
The hotel guarantees your booking until 7 p.m. on the day of arrival. For later arrivals the guest should contact the hotel. Otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled.
PREPAYMENT: No charges in your credit card. Payment at the hotel. (Except rates and offers with special conditions)
The hotel may at any time request a further guarantee.
FREE CANCELLATION! up to 24 hours before arrival. (Except EXTRA seasons)
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will be penalized with a penalty of 100% of the first night. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Reservation Payment

No advance payment is needed, the payment is made DIRECTLY in the hotel. For certain promotions or EXTRA PERIODS, a deposit or advance payment may be required (you will be informed during the reservation process)

In general, card details are only taken as a guarantee (except in cases where there is a charge for cancelling outside the time frame or a NO SHOW). In cases where partial or full reservation payment is required, this is done with debit/credit card via the 4B telepay banking system, making the transaction secure.
Visa, Mastercard, Dinners, 4B, 4B Mastercard and 4B Maestro cards are accepted. You will be asked to enter the card number, expiry date and the three last digits of the number printed on the reverse of the card. For Maestro cards (where this number does not appear on the reverse), the three last digits of your card number must be entered.

Other Booking Conditions:

Before the conclusion of the reservation, check that the data are correct and agree to the conditions that are given, which depend on the hotel. However, in general:

  • No pets are allowed.
  • Checking-in time: From 14:00.
  • Checking-out time: Up to 12 noon.

Card pre-authorisation

In order to check the validity of the card, the hotel may pre-authorise your credit card when making the reservation during EXTRA PERIODS or high occupancy.
The pre-authorisation will generate an activity in your account (NOT A CHARGE) that will be refunded later. The time frame varies according to the card’s issuing bank.

Reservation Confirmation
If the process is completed successfully, you will be informed on the last step of the reservation and at that moment your reservation will be confirmed via email. You should receive this confirmation within a few minutes. In any case, please be aware that if your email server uses any anti-spam filter then this confirmation may end up in the SPAM (unwanted mail) folder instead of the inbox. Check this folder. If you still have not received it, please contact the reservation department in the relevant hotel.

Reservation Modification
If you would like to amend your dates or any other reservation details, you may do so via the link that was sent in the confirmation email.

To cancel your reservation you should do so via the link that was sent in the confirmation email.

Room Availability

In the first step of the reservation process you can check if there is availability in the chosen hotel for the room type on the dates indicated, if so you may continue with the process. You should also indicate the number of people and the number of rooms that you wish to reserve. If there is availability you will be shown the TOTAL amount of the reservation and a detailed daily rate. Note that Hoteles Monte updates its prices daily to offer you the best value for money.
Breakfast
If you wish you may also reserve our buffet breakfast.

Personal Data:

All personal data requested are mandatory (except the fax number). Enter them to continue with the process. Your data will only be used for the purpose of formalising the booking and will be protected against access for any purpose other than this one. They will only be used for those additional purposes if you tick the box giving your consent to receiving news and offers.

Agencies and Businesses

If you are registered as a travel agency or business on our website, you can benefit from special terms (travel agencies) or special rates (businesses) by logging in with your username and password. Also, agencies and businesses registered on our website may make reservations in all our hotels without making payment through our telepay banking system. Business reservations are paid for at the hotel reception. Travel agencies must pay for reservations in advance.
