When you visit us, our top interest is to meet your expectations regarding our facilities and service. For us it is very important to know how you feel during your stay. We are at your disposal 24 hours a day.

• For urgent communication during your stay, do not hesitate to contact the Hotel Manager.
• While you are staying at our hotel, you will have opinion polls where your assessments can be provided.
• Likewise, once you have left the hotel, you can contact the Hotel Manager through his e-mail.

  We stayed in Seville for 2 nights in July and this hotel was an excellent choice. It’s walking distance to the cathedral, alcazar and the bull ring so the location in convenient. The neighbourhood was nice too, with shops, cafes and bars. The rooms were quite large, free wifi and there’s even free printing downstairs at the common computer. Have to comment on the staff who were wonderful and friendly, I think one of them was called Marta if I’m not mistaken. we requested for a late checkout and everything was completely hassle free and easy. Great job!

  Excellent location, the hotel room was spacious, very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. Easy walking distance to the major sights, shops,bars and restaurants. I would not stay anywhere else on a return visit.

  Good standard, very good (internet) price. Parking and breakfast is extra. Good breakfast. 5 min walk from town center. Good neighbourhood with shops, bars, cafes.

  If you don’t want to break the bank this is the place to stay. Like the previous reviews stated, the hotel is a five minute walk to the center. It is a perfect location, because you are not surrounded by tourists, and you get to see the way every day life is in Seville. Jose, who works at the front desk was so helpful. He really made our stay special. Even if I was a billionaire this is the place I would stay. Thanks again to the hotel Monte Carmelo.

  50m from a bike station, 5min by bike from the cathedral, in a pedestrian street.

  The area is quite (once you respect the spanish Life Time), with many restaurants (typical spanish bar) where you can eat for 5€.

  For a relaxing week end you are 5min by walk from calle betis where you’ll find restaurant, bar, and an intense spanish Life.

  Came to Seville for Three Kings’ Day from 5th to 9th January
  Hotel is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the where the airport bus stops.
  Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and very quiet and bathroom (with bath) are very large. Breakfast more than sufficient with excellent coffee
  All the tourist attractions are easily reached with 20 minutes pleasant walk, no need for taxis or to take buses.
  Hotel is situated in what appears to be very good residential area with good places to eat, local shops and decent supermarkets on your doorstep.
  Reception and other staff very friendly and we could not fault the hotel at all, would definately stay at the hotel again if we returned to Seville again

  November 2011. Nice hotel and close to the old centre of Sevilla, at prox. 10 minutes walking distance of the most important monuments. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and most of all, very clean. One of us wasn´t well one morning, but it wasn´t a burden to stay in the room, because you feel really at home. The staff is very kind and helpful. They solved the WIFI-problem correctly and fast. We liked the neighbourhood, La Triana, very much. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. I recommend this hotel and definitely will book it again on my next visit to Sevilla.

  The hotel is situated in the Triana neighbourhood of Sevilla. Close to the center but at this time of the year fairly much free of tourists and quite lively with local people visiting the numerous tapa bars. The personnel at the reception were very friendly and helpful and very willing to provide information about the city and the nearby restaurants and bars. The room was quite spacious with mini bar, hair dryer etc. There was a problem with the WIFI but that was solved within 20 minutes and the staff came to the room with a new user name and password. The only thing lacking was parking place because the garage is very small and was full at the time.

  We spent two nights at the Monte Carmelo as we closed out a tour of Andalucia with a short stay in Seville.
  The hotel appealed to us principally because of the underground carpark (very convenient) and didn’t disappoint. Tip: Make sure to request a parking space direct with the hotel once you’ve booked. Room was a good size & clean; strong hot shower; walls a bit thin and an overall ‘business’ feel to the place.
  There are a couple of simple local bars at the end of the street for a quick beer or aperitivo and the local shops offer quite a few things – as long as you like shoes!
  The breakfast was excellent: a wide range of fresh bread, fruit, pastries; nice range of Iberian goodies including cheeses, ham and sausages; good coffee served at the table; friendly service. A chilled bottle of Cava and a good selection of juices mean you can start your day with a Bellini/Mimosa (not that we’d suggest such a thing…). Overall worth the additional cost on top of the room.
  Seville centre is a fifteen minute walk across the bridge. The area feels safe and is well-lit, the Giralda and Cathedral are both a short hop once you’ve crossed the river.
  Service at reception was friendly, knowledgeable and polite.
  All-in-all, considering how late we booked, this hotel ticked all the boxes for us.

• 5 over 5 - 02/11/2011 - Great location and hotel - (rogaly01)

  We stayed here in the middle of october and could not fault it.reception staff were very friendly and helpful..room very clean,with pillow menu,free aircon and large tv ! .location was just a short level walk to town…in an area with lots of shops right outside,including a supermarket 2mins walk away..we felt very safe walking everywhere..we did not have to use public transport, apart from to and from the airport ..which is easy as there is only one bus (every half hour) to and from town centre(so no ‘wrong bus from airport to town’)…a tip for you..instead of going over river..stop for a drink by the river this side,lots of outside tables to choose from ,in bars towards the Triana area…Seville was lovely,we would say you only need 3/4 days to see all major sights..would definately use this hotel again..so a big thank you for looking after us…..
